Job description

The Project Manager takes responsibility for delivery of project execution on all technologies. The role requires deep project management experience in both consulting & support organization, broad technology knowledge, and the ability to facilitate the successful deployment and support of a complex solution across multiple business teams within an organization.

The Project Manager will help identify, pursue, and close issues/risks, while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager must be effective in fostering senior level relationships, demonstrate value through services delivery, effective communication and continuously strive to improve service levels for our customers, within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.

The Project Manager is a key enabler for the success of an engagement, orchestrating iCrats consultants -onsite/offshore. They manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects, and have a passion for customers that is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

The Project Manager leads her/his team, the customer, and the project’s delivery partners. She/ he must have good grasp of project management best practices to drive best in class experience for the entire customer lifecycle. The Project Manager is responsible for executing customer (Statement of Work, Master Service level agreement).
